We have spent time innovating, adapting and striving to maintain our high standards here at the Spa as well as adhering to all the guidelines required to be put in place . We wanted to make you aware of some necessary changes we have had to make so that we can keep providing the relaxing haven that everyone has come to know and love.

We have decided to maintain the limit of numbers up to a maximum of 10 people per session (unless you are booking as a group for exclusive use, where the numbers can be up to 16).

The essentials to remember for your visit;


Flip Flops - We are happy however if you wish to go barefoot in the spa.


We have gone digital. You will be sent an online consultation card to be completed prior to your visit. Even if you have been before, you will still need to complete this, it ensures we have the most up to date information for you.


We are staggering arrival/departure times but please arrive for your spa session spa ready (swimwear under clothes) if you can. It is possible to shower after your session and we also have hairdryers/ straighteners for your use.


To enable us to run smoothly session and appointment times that you have been given MUST be adhered to, this will enable you to get the most out of your spa experience and to make it relaxing for everyone.

We would ask that you arrive at the spa 5/10 minutes before your appointment time or your allocated session time It is so important to keep to these times to enable us to run the day smoothly.

If you arrive early please do wait in the car until your allocated time.

If you arrive late, please do call us on 01226 767506 and we can advise the best course of action round our other guests.


If you are coming to the spa just for a treatment, no need to bring anything, just yourself. We would ask that you arrive 5 minutes before your appointment time. You will be able to relax in our quiet room following your treatment for 20 minutes and you will be offered a complimentary herbal tea or you can purchase a glass of Prosecco or Beer.


You will be provided a robe, spa towel and shower towel as well as a plastic bag to take your wet swimwear home during your visit to the spa. But please do arrive spa ready as above if you can and bring your;

  • Swimwear
  • Own flip flops
  • Bottle of water. (we do now have a water station so you can use our cups if you prefer).


We are keeping the limit to numbers in the spa to 10 at one time.


Please place all used towels and robes in your locker at the end of your visit, lock the locker and please bring the key to reception.


Any payments at the spa need to be settled before departure.


Phones are to be switched off in the Spa and we operate a no-smoking policy inside and outside of the spa building.

Spa Prices & Packages

We are also able to offer Thermal Suite use for 2 people per session so please do get in touch if this would be of interest - £35 per person for a 3 hour spa experience. Please note we do not offer 1 hour or 2 hour sessions of spa use only anymore.


We serve complimentary drinks following your treatment should this be applicable with the package you have booked. We also sell a range of drinks which can be purchased whilst here and offer complimentary tea and coffee. We do not allow any food or drink on the premises which has not been purchased here.


Whilst using the spa, kick back and enjoy the surroundings but remember that this is a place of serenity to relax and unwind so please keep noise to a minimum ensuring that you and all our guests get the most out of the Spa Experience.


Please refer to all the details here. 5 is the maximum you can book for as individuals so if you are 6 or more you must book one of these packages which also give you exclusive use and are a lovely way to enjoy our spa.


Please refrain from bringing your own products or oils with the intention to use in the Thermal Suite or Quiet Room in our Spa.


We take full payment at the time of booking. You can change your booking up to 48 hours before free of charge. If cancellations are received within 48 hours the booking will be charged at the full cost. We are able to reschedule your booking once for an alternative date subject to availability. Any further changes will result in the full charge being applied.
